Warren pitches herself as wizarding prof to Rowling: 'Trump, Death Eaters -- I got this!

 (Vision)There's an American school of witchcraft and wizardry in Massachusetts, according to "Harry Potter" author J.K. Rowling, and Sen. Elizabeth Warren wants her to know she's very available for a top teaching gig -- with some lessons from her duels with Donald Trump.
The school's fictional, of course, but the former Harvard professor threw her name in the Goblet of Fire, so to speak, when she tweeted at Rowling: "Looking for a Defense Against the Dark Arts prof, @jk_rowling? Where do I apply? Trump, Death Eaters -- I got this!"Warren has emerged as the leading attack machine against Trump, including during a joint appearance with Hillary Clinton earlier this week when she called him a "thin-skinned bully who is driven by hate and greed."
Warren included a link to a Boston Globe story on Rowling's unveiling of the American wizarding school -- called "Ilvermorny" -- in her tweet.
Rowling hasn't yet responded, but she's been a vocal critic of Trump in public appearances, speeches and on social media. She has, however, also defended his "freedom" to be "offensive and bigoted." Regarding Warren, Rowling seems to be a fan -- when a "Harry Potter" reader asked her on twitter about the last name of a popular book character, "Moaning Myrtle," she said the full name was "Myrtle Elizabeth Warren."

For Warren's sake, hopefully the American magic school has a better track record at hanging onto Defense Against the Dark Arts professors than Hogwarts did.
