​Taraji Henson Moved out from Empire

Empire has captured an audience of devoted fans in the past 3 seasons and Fox has scored big with the hit show which stars Taraji Henson and Terrance Howard.


So it was no surprised that FOX has renewed the hit drama EMPIRE for a fourth season. It was announced today by Gary Newman and Fox TV group that Taraji P. Henson also known as “Cookie” will not be coming back for the fourth season and Gabrielle Union will now take the role of “Cookie”.

This is a shocking move by FOX to release Taraji at the tipping point of her becoming a superstar. Taraji recently won a Golden Globe award for leading actress. Many had speculated that Taraji was asking for over $1.2 million per episode and Fox refused to pay. Everybody is trying to reach producer Lee Daniels for comments on the shocking new, but he has yet to respond.

Taraji Henson has not released an official statement but her camp says she is crushed by the decision.
